  • We leave everything at room temperature for a day.
  • In the morning you can eat cabbage - it will be salted.
  • But it is better to put it in a cool place, for three days. It will certainly ferment!
  • The mint aroma will be felt for about three days, then it will be slightly perceptible.
  • Now we cut the round pieces into small pieces, arbitrarily,

  • add onions and unrefined sunflower oil!

I found the recipe on the men's forum - there the author highly recommended eating this cabbage directly with pickle the next day as a radical remedy for a known condition - well, there is a birthday on the eve, etc.
