Original red cabbage salad

Ingredients

red cabbage 300-400 grams
orange 1 piece
Apple 1 piece
pitted prunes 8-10 pieces
salt pepper taste
for refueling
sour cream / low fat natural yogurt taste

Cooking method

  • Cut off the top of the cabbage head, without the stalks.
  • Cut into thin strips, sprinkle with salt, grind.
  • Divide the orange into slices, remove the foil from each, cut into pieces.
  • Pour prunes with hot water, leave for 10-15 minutes, then cut into strips.
  • Peel the apple, cut into thin cubes.
  • Combine cabbage, orange, apple and prune.
  • Try it. If you need to add salt, pepper.
  • Leave on for at least 1 hour.
  • Season before serving to avoid getting too wet with juice.

Note
