Cooking method

  • Very delicious !!
  • And, of course, there were changes, in the original purchased dough, ready-made meatballs, but I did everything myself.
  • So, let's start with the test. Here you can take any recipe for pie dough.
  • Meat bombsPut warm milk, yeast and sugar in a bread maker (combine, bowl), mix and leave to activate the yeast. I turned on the bread maker for baking for 1 minute, so that it becomes warm in it.
  • Meat bombsWhile the yeast was activated, I weighed all the product for the dough. In Xn there was a boil, laid eggs.
  • Meat bombsI added flour and salt, set the program to three hundred dollars, and started kneading.
  • Meat bombsWhen the dough began to gather a little, she poured in the vegetable oil.

I do it in two ways. The first - I grind the yeast with a small amount of flour taken from the general one (just with my fingers, without fanaticism) and pour it on the bottom, on top - the rest of the flour, and then liquid and so on.
The second is to pour the activated yeast to the bottom, under the flour. The volume is small, it interferes normally.
