Candied fruits or raisins 50 gr.

Cooking method

  • Sometimes I get bored with everyday bread, which I constantly cook (Simple French on water without sugar) and my girls are no longer so hungry for bread, and then I decided to build something attractive, aromatic and provoking an irresistible "cut and eat" cravings.
  • The main thing is that the recipe is simple, fast (loading time 7 minutes) and has a stable result.
  • Looking ahead, I will say that the result is stable in every sense, the bread is consistently lush, fragrant, with a thin crust and very tender ... when you cut it, the knife hovers like a cloud. By the way, this effect lasts for several days, although I do not know the maximum period, because the bread did not lay for more than 2 days (stable "cut and eat" effect).
  • I indicate the sequence of the bookmark, as I'm used to: first it is liquid, then it is free-flowing, but I know that there are adherents-antipodes who first pour in, and then pour it

  • 1. Pour water, milk into a bucket, break one egg, add butter and add sunflower oil. Who else, but I do it all on the scales, because 1 ml of water = 1 g of water. So it makes no difference

  • 2. Then we sift flour 480 gr. I prefer 1-2 grade, because it will be healthier, and the bread will not affect the lightness of this!

  • 3. I pour the sifted flour into a bucket of liquids and make 5 depressions with a spoon (I work with a wooden one), where I fall asleep in this order (yeast - in the middle, salt, sugar - in opposite corners, vanilla and cinnamon in the remaining holes.

Everything is ready - I put the bucket in the bread maker, choose the main mode (3 hours), weight 800 (this is the gradation for the bread machine), although in reality there will be a weight of 850, the color Light, well, by experience, when there is the egg, even at a medium degree, the crusts will turn out to be darkish, but this is just right, and even the walls of the bread itself are very thin. All start!

  • 5. I baked the first bread without the addition of raisins or candied fruits, and then I tried both with raisins and candied fruits, yummy anyway! This time I added candied fruits, but they were large, I had to cut them smaller. I added candied fruits when the stove made several calling signals, they say, you can fall asleep. I do not have a dispenser in the stove, so all with my hands
