Gruzdyanka (mushroom soup from milk mushrooms)

Ingredients

Mushrooms 4-5 pcs
Potatoes 2 pcs
Water 1L
Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • This is one of my favorite soups, it is cooked from milk mushrooms (dry). The soup is rich and tasty.
  • We take only dry milk mushrooms, it can taste bitter from raw ones.
  • Three mushrooms on a coarse grater, or chop finely with a knife, in the villages they used to chop them with a chop.
  • Fill the mushrooms with water and cook for 30-40 minutes, removing the foam during cooking.
  • Then put the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are ready. Serve with sour cream and enjoy the taste.

Note

It's honestly sooo tasty, albeit very simple.
While the mushrooms are still "coming" I recommend, not even strongly advise to try and evaluate.
