Note

I got acquainted with this dish this summer in Adler and immediately became friends. If you do not follow the original recipe, you can put anything you want in youku, for example, add ham. In general, whatever you put there, you get a quick and tasty breakfast or snack.

Lerele
julia007, a very interesting recipe !!

Laughed at night, now I will not sleep.
If the tortilla is not very thick, then you can try. I haven't seen it myself, but I heard that somewhere they sell special lavash for Yoki, they are denser than ordinary Armenian ones and the shape is different.
Tanyulya
Yulia, it is very tasty. I do this all the time, though I never stir the egg. love with a liquid egg. Now I will make my child for breakfast, today an order with sausage.
The tortilla is quite tasty, the main thing is that the size would allow it to be rolled up like that.
Juliet
I'll take it to your bookmarks! I'll have to try!

We tried yokA in Kudepsta (a village next to Adler) from the Armenians just from these special cakes for yokA. They put the stress just like that, on the second syllable, and do not decline. We even took yoka home with us, they made these cakes to order. They are insipid, thin and hard. We even fried them two at a time, that is, we put two cakes at once in the pan. And before frying, they were dipped in very salty water. And then everything is as in the recipe. This is delicious!

Special thanks to the author for reminding me of this dish. I forgot about him. This year we did not go to Kudepsta, I will make it from lavash.
julia007
Olechka.s, Olga, You are welcome!

ninza, Nina, To your health!

Rick, Evgeniya, You are welcome! We lived in Adler in a resort town and there they cooked Yoka in only one cafe, cooked in lavash, but not the same as they sell here, they are completely different there.
letka-enka2
julia007, Yulia, thanks for the recipe, lavash waited in the freezer, it turned out to be a quick-delicious Sunday breakfast, and they all ate it all at once.
julia007
letka-enka2, Elena, To your health! I'm so glad that Yoka likes it!
Svettika
Yulia, really liked youka! Fried in ghee - not the most dietary option, but delicious! Crispy with a tender filling! I added breast kurfarsh fried with garlic and mozzarella to the filling. Well, very tasty! : girl_claping: I'll repeat - a quick and tasty way to get full. Thanks for Yoku!

Yuliasha, your enta Yoshka is just a freaky mess! Directly from the answer: 🔗
I experimented on Manka yesterday.
Everyone liked it, and so did my husband. Especially the second cake, in which I put more cheese, for my beloved (Manka zhezh has already left - you can take a walk). Yes, and already filled my hand, I realized what was what. So, after wetting the pita bread, I still managed to prevent it from breaking and curl up beautifully. Oh, well, what a yummy it turned out, die nefstat! Well, I put two eggs in a cake.
In short, a huge thank you from us all, Yul!
Next week I plan to put my mother on Yoshka too. Already advertised. Duc she said, sho I'm teasing the infection. She said she couldn't cook without her, she would come and study.
We can even take a picture in the end, otherwise it's inconvenient to go straight ...everything is gobbled up in the blink of an eye, you do not have time to drive a fotik, Schaub report in a human way.
Rada-dms
I went for pita bread! Hurrah! You can now do without Ossetian pies even for this weekend! One / one Eka is enough for four people

so as not to overeat

Are you kidding me?
Yesterday Timon and I ate one for two, and not to say that we just gobbled up. But here, according to the recipe, the amount is given for two yoshki, so it should be enough for four. But I put most of all (purely out of greed)
Yes, and butter, mixed with vegetable oil, I liked more, because it did not burn and gave a freaky golden crust.
By the way, if you come across a lavash roll (and we only have these on sale here for some reason), then after frying it, it also exfoliates ofigensko. After cooking, place the yoshka on a plate and cover with a bowl for 5 minutes. You will fall from tenderness. Well, or just pop it, crispy.

Rada-dms, and who encouraged her? Here, Ms. She's a poor woman, she's worn out, no matter how I can feed the blood, I wouldn't come again, yeah ... Right now ... And first she fed me unsalted blanched grass, then hastily cut sharp Gugurs, and then she says: " Nusho, in vain did you come that la? Boom on you experiments, thu, put experiments! " Sit down, bush youku eat. I took dry lavash, rinsed it under the tap, splashed on a frying pan, an egg (there weren't two, no, no) dumped, the greens jerked a bit, I wrapped the edges, I smacked on the other side of it ... "Eat, Manya, I'll come later!" Well, I was a kulutornaya mumzelka, I ate, thanked and went into the blizzard ... And one tama won fattened later ... They learned, and myself, kaneshna, goat panadelals, with two eggs and a thick, thick layer of cheese ...
