Meatballs in the Scarlett multicooker

Ingredients

minced meat (any) 500gr
raw rice multi-cup floor
bulb onions 1 PC
raw egg 1 PC
sauce:
water 0.4-0.5 l
Tom. paste 1-2 tbsp. l.
flour 2 tbsp. l. without slide
salt, spices, lavrushka taste

Cooking method

  • Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, egg, washed raw rice + salt, pepper, spices to taste. Roll into balls, put in one row in the MV bowl. If left, then you can put in the freezer and use in the next. times without defrosting. You can immediately make more and freeze so that there is less fuss.
  • Pour over sauce = water, vol. pasta, you can add 1 tbsp. l. sour cream or mayonnaise. Add a little flour, stirring occasionally. Plus salt, pepper, spices, lavrushka to taste.
  • Optionally, you can add carrots, onions, bell peppers, but this is not necessary. You can add dried, you can fresh
  • Switch to Extinguishing mode. I have 1 hour by default. The power of my MV is 750W.
  • This recipe can be adapted for any MV, just adjust the time.
  • What I like about this recipe is that you do not need to cook the rice until half cooked, you do not need to fry it separately. I know that others fry meatballs before stewing, but in my opinion, this is not necessary. But if you want, you can both fry and add frying, everyone decides for himself!
  • Simple, inexpensive in terms of preparation time. The main thing is delicious!
  • Bon Appetit!

I see that the meatballs have kept their shape well, which means they can be made without additional frying.
And you can think of any sauce, even mushroom
lana light
Yes, I don't fry them. And you can have any sauce that your family loves ...
