I decided to write again about this mixer - maybe someone will need the information. He broke down after six months of inactive work. As they found out in the warranty workshop, the main board was out of order. That is, the breakdown is not from overload or external interference, but an obvious factory defect. Although we have a warranty workshop in the city from this manufacturer, the online store (where I bought the mixer) refused to acknowledge the act of impossibility of repair, they had to send the broken device. After a couple of weeks, the money was returned. I bought a powerful European-made Bosch to stir the dough more abruptly. But it is precisely when I stir the dough, I remember with longing my Gemlux - its two hooks were kneading perfectly. The mechanics did a great job. Expensive Boshik simply twists the tough dough on a hook, you have to intervene, remove, crush ... In short, if the manufacturer improved the reliability of the electronic module of the GEMLUX, I would gladly buy it again. But something is wrong in their production, even if a replacement fee was not sent to their own specialized workshop ... It's a pity ...

Oh, upsetting. I just like making dough in mine ...

I'll join you. Today should be brought. That's all I liked. They will bring you gold. I hope that everything will be fine.

There are a lot of positive reviews, negative ones too, of course, but not enough.

Sasha55
Great. Enjoy your use.

Here I am in disarray😯. Long chose and chose him. Since it is a good price for home use. But during a test run, it began to make strange sounds, stink and smoke went off. After working a little more, he died completely. Doesn't turn on anymore. It's a shame! Tomorrow I will call the store, probably I will ask for a refund. They were taken from Moscow to the Tula region. I don’t know how to continue with him. Maybe I just got a defective one?
Sasha55
ZhannaH, Very disappointing. Of course this is a marriage, you need to return it.

Hello! Registered to find out, did anyone understand how the nozzles are adjusted in height? Some kind of nonsense is written in the instructions. Gemlux gl sm 4.5 g
Sasha55
Why regulate them? For six months of almost daily operation, such a question has never arisen.

Does whitewash normally? Before the peaks?
Sasha55
Of course. True, there were no less than three. And the whisk is easy to disassemble. Slightly with effort, the upper wire is bent, and the rest is even easier. If necessary, they can probably be bent and lengthened. And they won't write about this in the instructions.

Thanks for that, I'll try

Please, if it comes in handy.

The picture spoiled when added, but the meaning is clear)
Gemlux GL-SM5G planetary mixer

it's not very clear how they bent, but are you satisfied with the result? In my opinion, everything is well whipped.
Duke
Yes everything is good

Bought a week ago: Planetary mixer GEMLUX GL-SMPH1200SS. Essentially the same as in the subject. Only the power is slightly higher, and there is a meat grinder. Basically they took it in order to knead the dough and make marshmallows The noise level is much lower than that of the Mulinex meat grinder (which we have), while the purchase is satisfied, the whisk whips 500 grams of icing well, the truth does not reach the bottom of the bowl (I think 1 protein just won't beat up just will get it), you must try to bend the rods according to the recommendation above. I’ll see how it will warm up when kneading the dough, and how long this Chinese man will last. They wanted to take Kenwood 51. But when it turned out that this is also all China only for a lot of money, they decided to take a chance with it. So far, only positive impressions.

I will congratulate you on the purchase, let it serve for a long time and please the owners.

Girls, hello everyone! I'm new here)) don't judge strictly) I would like to add a review. For a long time I chose a mixer for myself and opted for this model. I was looking for a heavy one (it weighs 8.5 kg), with a metal case, with a capacity of at least 1000. I was also bribed by the fact that there were 2 hooks for kneading hard dough. What to say? The dough kneads great! Kneading rye bread, pasties, everything is super! But! It broke on my 6th day of purchase ... At first, it made some incomprehensible sounds, as if something was clicking inside, as a result, my two hooks jammed, with the next kneading .. My husband unscrewed it, looked at it and twisted it back. He said "I won't get into the engine." I passed it on February 18 to the SS. Now I'm waiting. What can I tell you .. I really miss him! Hard worker, assistant! I have nothing to compare with, only with my pens .. Although I got a marriage, but if the money is returned, I will look for the same model. If possible, I'll post a video of the dough kneading. 🔗

I can't insert a video, only a photo. Maybe someone can tell you how this is done?

Elena1981 Good luck with your replacement!

Tell me who is mixing the minced meat with what nozzle? The manual does not say which attachment to use. Started with a beater, the minced meat went up to the next nest. I had to pick it out.
Now I knead with two hook attachments. A beater is obtained only for batter?
Sasha55
I knead minced meat in pieces or like a cutlet with hooks, and sausage with bitter.

and sausage bitter.
And isn't the neighboring nest clogged?

And isn't the neighboring nest clogged?
No, if the minced meat is ~ 2 kg, if more, then yes, it climbs desperately upward, but I throw it off with a spatula.
Elena1981
Thank you so much! I kneaded the minced meat with a beater. At first, it smears on the walls, collected it with a spatula in the center and again for kneading (speed 3-5). Mixes perfectly)
Sasha55
Well, you can glue it with something or insert a cork into the second hole so that it doesn't get clogged.
koctill
And mine somehow crashed while working on the floor)), changed the flour - the dough turned out steep, and I put it on 4 speed and left, I hear a crash, lies on the floor, does not give signs of life, flew out of the socket, turned it on - it works !!! I knead for ciabatta for at least 20 minutes, minced meat for ham, sausage, bitter, during the second kneading when I add water to the ripened minced meat - with hooks, I have a 10 model if that)))

Hello everyone! They have models with an all-metal rim
Mixer Gemlux GL-SM5.5GR
GEMLUX GL-SM5.2GR (Updated 2018 version)
Does anyone already have such an updated one? How is he doing? Anything new in the work, besides the whisk? If you choose between them, is the only difference in the hooks?

I subscribe to the question.

Good day to all! For a long time now I have been looking at the reviews of the GEMLUX GL-SM5.2GR mixer, leaning towards the model with two hooks. I already have HP Panasonic, kneaded my favorite dough on custard dumplings in it, and then a misfortune happened - the bucket drive broke down, worked honestly for 8 years almost daily, and decided to purchase a machine for a specific action purely for kneading yeast and dumplings dough. Who will advise what?

Girls, good afternoon. I read your reviews and decided to contribute my own 5 kopecks. I also dreamed of a planetary mixer for a long time, and now I finally decided ... I bought the same model, updated, 2018. What can I say ... I have nothing to compare with, only with a hand ... Well, who makes marshmallows on hand, they will understand me. I make marshmallows often, so I'm very pleased with the new mixer. Zephyr was the first test and came out at 5 +++.
Hands are free, he whips, you cook syrup .... and ONE, no one needs to be involved, what would one hold, the other knead, the third cook. I coped with the task perfectly. I do not regret the purchase at all, for that kind of money ... I bought it in an online store for 6,000 rubles ...
Now I will try to upload a photo, but a couple of years ago I was bad at it.
Girls, don't listen to anyone, buy and use.
I will describe further tests as much as possible.
Good luck to all...
How do I insert a photo?

Congratulations on your purchase. I look closely at the kneaders, it is needed for a small and medium amount of dough. as I understand you are 250 grams. Did you make bread flour, did not smear it on the walls yourself, or do you need to help with a spatula?

Tatyana, you mentioned your Bosch. Help, pliz, decide on a choice from modern series. I don't need a meat grinder. And those without bells and whistles have less power. And plastic inserts on the attachments are confusing ..
What is your power? I want the dough to be kneaded from tight and not heated.
