Note

On the eve of the holidays, I want to pamper my loved ones and guests with delicious buns. I learned this recipe at the presentation of the Tupperware company. I want this miracle
will share with you.

This recipe has a torn dough effect. In a closed container, no lactic acid is produced, which causes stomach discomfort.

I baked buns in the airfryer.
Bon Appetit

What, right at 50 degrees ??
Cook
This is a kneading dish, I trudge from it. Rather a container. Thank you for your kind words.

Yes, yes, that's right!
They rise well during this time.

I will definitely try. Only I don’t have a kneading dish. I will try it in a regular container. They say it should work out.
Cook
Take a container with a wide bottom. This makes it easier to mix everything up.

Virgo and what kind of chyudo is it and that it is not possible to simply knead in a combine. This I ask, since yesterday I came here for the first time, that is, in this topic about this dish, everything somehow passed by. And the recipe is interesting.

Gaby, it will turn out. You just have to withstand the technology of making yeast dough: kneading-lifting-kneading-forming-proofing-baking. In a kneading platter, it's just faster.
Cook
Gabi! If you make these buns, then only according to this recipe! With a closed container. I did it in HP, so it turned out so nasty, it was not possible to eat.
Gaby
Cook, thanks for the advice-answer, but I don't have such a container, so the other recipes on the forum are enough for me.

Yes? I wonder why? Nothing special about the recipe? But I'll take the author's word for it! Gaby, sorry to mislead you!
Cook
Omela! Itself was very surprised when the prepared dough in HP was not edible. They, the consultants, explain this: The dough is prepared with the lid closed. In the container, without contact with air, no lactic acid is released. But this is due to the fact that for people suffering from heartburn, this dough does not cause discomfort. And that's why it affects the taste - this is a mystery shrouded in darkness! Explained chaotically. I'm running out of the kitchen, I'm worn out. Excuse me.

While you are there about the beautiful ... I brought buns:

Lean buns

How I did them - a song! At first I began to do it in a 1.5 liter container. No pebbles. Made in a new way in 4.3 liters. Pebbles appeared but not on all the flour. The rest gathered in a lump. But I had no time to especially stand on ceremony with him, poured it with oil, crumpled it with my hands, closed it with a lid, put it in the sink with water and safely forgot. I sit and read, enjoy the beautiful! The lid will not explode. Time passed ... a lot of time .. about an hour. Well, I think I'll go and throw it away. Opened the lid. The dough looks pretty decent. I rolled it out, added prunes and sugar, rolled it up quickly, so it didn't turn out to be particularly beautiful. They also baked for a very long time, but this is a feature of my oven. In the end it turned out what happened. Summary: very tasty buns !!! , but must be done in a large container!
Cook
Omela ! The buns are fantastic! They look very appetizing. The dough should be kept in water for no more than 20 minutes, this time is quite enough. The recipe is very quick and without too much hassle. I am very glad that you liked them.

So .... How did I miss such lean buns? !!!!
And so, I read everything, I had questions:
1. What is this wonderful container? What shape, size and material is it? What d. B. minimum volume of the dough container?
2. How is it closed, hermetically sealed and not? Is the air evacuated? What is Grade 1 Cap? And if you close the saucepan with cling film, is that not it?
3. Should the water in the sink be at what temperature?
4. If the "pebbles" do not work out and will not rattle, can the dough be thrown away?
What time ago there were questions !!!!!! Cook! If possible, answer me in more detail, please! I really want buns !!!! They look so delicious!

Natusichka , I will answer with pleasure!

1. This is a pastry dish from the American firm Tupperware. Their dishes are all made of medical plastic, it is chemically, biologically inactive. Its volume is about three liters. The minimum volume can be smaller. The main thing is that the bottom is wide.

2. It is closed with a lid, not very tightly, during the rise of the dough, the lid opens. First class caps, close the container so tightly that no matter what position the container is in, not a drop of liquid will spill from it. I did not try to cover it with a film. And the water in the sink must be hot for the dough to rise. Boiling water does not pour from our tap.

3. Pebbles were always obtained. I think there should be no puncture here.

The buns are very tasty. Children agree crack to eat such buns not only at the post.

Thank you Stryapushechka! I got it.
