Whey & Soda Bread Waffles. Fast.

Ingredients
raw whey, old, sour 300 ml
flour 2 grade 200 ml
any oil 1 tbsp. l.
a pinch of salt
soda a quarter tsp.
Cooking method

Stir all the ingredients, except for soda, with a spoon, knead, like on bread, until smooth and not stick to the walls of the dishes. It will take about 5 minutes. Add baking soda, stir well again.
Bake in the thick waffle maker. Do not stack on top of each other so that they do not soften. I first put the hot waffle from the waffle iron on a metal grid under the hot one.
Bread taste, waffles are light, very porous.
Convenient, quick change of bread. A small portion, but my husband and I had enough for breakfast and lunch left.
Flour grade - optional.

Note
Raw whey - from under cottage cheese, thrown from unboiled yogurt (kefir).
