Ingredients

Chicken drumsticks or quarters 2
potato 2-3
carrot 1/3
bulb 1

Cooking method

  • Season the chicken parts with salt, pepper, smear with mustard, add the onion in large pieces, pour over with olive oil, tighten with plastic wrap and send to the refrigerator overnight.
  • Line the M / pot with foil, place the chicken, without onions.
  • Pour out the potato pieces in the remaining marinade, put in between the chicken pieces.

Delicious with tkemali sauce or pickled cucumber.

DonnaRosa,
I also came to the idea of washing the bowl with foil. Your recipe encouraged me, so I will do the same.
And do we put carrots with potatoes, or with onions?

Fall away! for the first time I regretted that I did not have the Baking function in HP. But the desire not to wash the multicooker pan appeared! Thanks for the recipe!
DonnaRosa
Tumanchik, I have baking time in x / p Panasonic (bake only) can be independently programmed. Until I had a m / in Redmond 4510, I cooked in cotton, but also on foil. I love foil, it saves me both time and health. But I do not release the cotton, the top of the baking is well browned in it, so the potato casserole is tastier and more beautiful in it. The muffins are excellent, the rolls are wonderful baked from minced meat.

H / W - how is it?
severyanka76
And if you do it in a bread machine - a pin in a bucket, in theory, the foil will be punctured and the juice from the dish can leak out?

Well, yes, is it not harmful to cover? Will it not crack? I understood correctly: we wrap it in foil and put it in m / cooking.

Mirabel
the recipe, of course, is excellent! But I read somewhere the other day \. that it is impossible to drive the multicooker dry, it seems that it is harmful to cover and some insides may become unusable
I also cooked boiled pork in foil like this and was very happy with the convenience, and now I was thinking ...
only if you try in a bread maker

Before a Redmond 4510 was brought to the DR as a gift from St. Petersburg a year ago, I cooked this way in a Panasonic for many years, everything was fine and the crust was ruddy from all sides, not like in a multicooker.

Everyone should look at this in their instructions.
All bowls have different coverings.
I read (also offhand where I don’t remember) that a bowl with shabby Teflon is lined with foil and used so that there is no food contact with the alloy that is under the coating.

Today I prepared wings with potatoes in a Panasonic bread maker.
Baking program 50 minutes.
The wings were marinated in olive oil, rubbed with ground red paprika, ground black pepper and salt. The onions were scattered in the remaining marinade.

With tkemali sauce made from small red plums - just right.
