Cooking method

Personally, I did not find a use for meat powder, but I found mushroom powder according to the same principle. The smell and taste of forest mushrooms, mushroom sauce is very fond of my husband, so I dry the mushrooms in a dryer, and then use a coffee grinder to dust. Moreover, it is advisable to break it into dust immediately, when after drying they are absolutely brittle / crunchy. Then any dried product can pick up moisture and become dried, but not brittle.
Sprinkle mushroom powder with hodgepodge, make sauce, potatoes, gravy, etc. Fantasy is endless.
