  • Nothing complicated! Therefore, I took my pickle for canned tomatoes and cucumbers as a basis, adjusted salt, sugar, vinegar ...
  • First I prepared one portion, only 3 half-liter jars, - I tasted it, appreciated it, learned from my own mistakes. I loved the pickled paradise apples! Such babies, with tails!))
  • At the same time, I concluded in practice that large apples are boiled more in the marinade. Light, yellow apples are the least boiled and retain their shape better. Red apples paint the marinade red))
  • Peel the apples, carefully cut off the tails (partially!), Remove the barbs below.
  • Be sure to prick with a thin fork in several places. This must be done in order for the marinade to saturate the apples inside.

  • On top I put a little more dried marinade mixture, a piece of horseradish, garlic, chili pepper. I add mustard, fennel, coriander and dill seeds drop by drop.
  • Pour the marinade over the apples, cover and leave for about 30 minutes to soak the marinade into the hot apples. It is better to pour the marinade over even hot apples, after blanching, then the marinade will be absorbed into the apples well and without problems.

  • Banks of 500 ml. it is enough to sterilize about 7-10 minutes after boiling water in a saucepan.
