Ingredients

Red cabbage 2-2.5 kg
Sweet red pepper 3 pcs
Red onion 3 pcs
Caraway 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Sugar 5-6 tbsp
Orange Balsamic / Apple Vinegar 5-6 tbsp
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp

Cooking method

  • We go to the garden or supermarket and choose the most beautiful head of cabbage

  • We remove the top leaves and chop them into thin strips, Burner will help us)

  • We put a silicone mat on the bottom of our Multi-Pressure Pot, put the jars closed with lids and add water to just above the middle or to the hangers. We turn on the mode with pressure for 3-6 minutes, depending on the volume of the cans. After relieving the pressure, we slightly tighten the lid and put our cabbage on the shelf with the rest of the blanks. You DO NOT need to turn it over or wrap it in a blanket.
