Yeast 1 tsp
Salt 0.5-1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Very often I bake such rolls, both in pizza makers and in minitornitsa. I eat with tomatoes and cheese, my husband with meat, and my son with garlic and soup. By the way, it's just delicious with butter. Something like pittas.
  • I knead the dough in HP on the Dough or Pizza mode, proofing 1-1.5 hours.
  • We bake - we fry in a pan or mini-cake pan
  • I tried this dough for pizza too - great!
  • The dough is not fluffy, but a little rubbery, I really love that.

Very fast and very convenient, hot and fresh rolls in 10-15 minutes.

I have them ready for three days, and then I heat them in the grill.
But I like fresh food more, I bake in pizza makers. or if it is straightforward and equally necessary, then in a minitortnitsa, there the same washers are obtained.

Rye sourdough - 100 g (initially kneaded - 40 g rye sourdough + 30 g whole wheat flour + 30 ml water)
Water - 200 ml.
Salt - 0.5-1 tsp.
Flour - 300 g (go a little more)
The dough was fermented, rolled out in 4-5 mm. Cut into circles. I put it on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour. Covered with foil. left to come. Then I baked it on dry Teflon.
