Shortcake with cottage cheese in a multicooker Steba

Ingredients

sifted flour 350-400 gr.
cottage cheese 150-200 gr.
Small egg 1 PC.
sugar 200 gr.
margarine 200 gr.
soda 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Freeze margarine in advance. Cooking the filling: mix with a fork cottage cheese, egg, sugar 50 gr. Cooking the dough: 200 gr. grate flour on a coarse grater margarine. Unforgettable, stir everything periodically with your hands so that the margarine does not stick back together. Add the remaining flour, soda and sugar. Mix everything until an air crumb is formed. Lubricate the Teflon bowl with vegetable oil. We spread: 1 layer - 1/2 of our air crumbs, 2 layer - curd filling, 3 layer - the remaining air crumbs. We bake in frying mode for 25 minutes. The valve is open, otherwise it will be damp and cannot be turned over. Turn over and another 7-10 minutes.

Time for preparing:

25 + 10 minutes

Looks great! Another would be to see in the context))) Is there a photo?

The cake looks airy and delicious. It would be interesting to see what happened with the cutter, since the frying program was used instead of baking?
I also look closely at this slow cooker, so I look at everything and ask

Valerie Anna, And why on the program "frying", and not on "baking"?

ValerieAnna, And why is there "frying" on the prog, and not "baking"?
There is no baking in Shteba, but I would not do it for frying, I would do it for simmering at 110 grams, where it will be more airy. The frying in Shtebe is still powerful. Well, or my fries powerfully I don't know.

All the stews are fried great!
I make such a pie in the oven. Well, like that ... Not really ... On a high-quality creamy and only on it! Insanely delicious pie or casserole! I'm not sure how it comes out in the head, the cut would look, but in the oven a crumbly streusel turns out.

I am categorically against the use of margarine in food (this is not a stone in the author's garden), just if you really pamper yourself and your loved ones with high-calorie and therefore such delicious dishes, then it is better to choose a healthy option, all transgenic fats from the Crafty.

Our grandmother also bakes it in the oven. But I don't have an oven, and I really like the pie, and I bake it in Shtebochka. I'm going to bake again one of these days. I will definitely take a photo in the context. Just teach me to add a lot of photos to the recipe. I can't figure it out

Thanks for the recipe!
Made in the oven. Margarine was replaced with ghee in a ratio of 1: 0.8 (160 gr). I put the flour to the maximum. It turned out very crumbly. Next time I'll sprinkle less flour. But delicious. Delicious. I take with gratitude

I baked a pie with bananas according to this recipe, instead of the curd filling. Baked in the oven, in a glass pan for the microwave. When ready, the pie cooled down and bounced off the walls of the vessel perfectly. When cutting, it keeps its shape remarkably. Delicious pie! Thanks for the recipe.
