Chebureks squash

Ingredients

any meat (I have pork) or minced meat 200 grams
turnip onion 2 pieces
garlic 1 clove
grated zucchini 300 grams
milk 100 milliliters
egg C1 2 pieces
flour 5-7 st. spoons
greens a few twigs
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

Chebureks squashGrate the zucchini on a medium grater. If the zucchini is not young, then pre-peel and remove the seeds. Grate one onion on a coarse grater and add to the courgette.
Chebureks squashDo not squeeze the zucchini. Add milk, eggs, salt, pepper and finely chopped herbs.
Chebureks squashWe mix everything and set aside.
Chebureks squashPass the meat together with the garlic through a meat grinder, or you can take ready-made minced meat, add garlic passed through a press, or not add at all, if you don't like it. Finely chop the onion and fry until soft and slightly golden brown.
Chebureks squashPut the minced meat on the onion, mash it so that it does not turn out to be a cutlet. Season with salt and pepper. Screw on the heat and bring the minced meat until tender. Can be covered with a lid.

Chebureks squashPut the flour gradually. We want the dough to be thicker than for pancakes, but less often than for pancakes.

Pour out part of the dough, I do it with a small ladle from a multicooker, stretch it slightly so that we get not a thick cake with a diameter of about 12-13 centimeters.

Chebureks squashCover with the other half and press down with a spatula along the entire length of the joint. We begin to roll up at the moment when the bottom is already a little fried, and the inside is slightly damp.
Chebureks squashFry on both sides until golden brown. You can cover with a lid and hold under it for a couple of minutes. We spread it on a napkin so that excess fat is absorbed.

Serve with salad or garnish.
