Cooking method

  • In a slow cooker, I did not like stewing cabbage with meat, I tried it. The meat turned out well, and the cabbage sprawled, and I love beautiful and elastic.
  • I cooked in a deep frying pan with a ceramic coating. First, I pepper the meat, put it in heated vegetable oil, cooked for about 30 minutes under a transparent lid, then added carrots, lavrushka and kurma, then cabbage with white tips of young onions, garlic, dill, salt, a little broth, if it seems necessary. At the very end of stewing, I like to put a piece of butter. Cabbage loves fatty meat, and my pork is not fatty, oil improves the overall taste of the dish.
  • P.S. It is better to chop the carrots finely, but I was too lazy and grated on a coarse grater.

A bit like stuffed cabbage, but no rice, which I don't like.
