Ingredients

Tomatoes 1 kg
Bulgarian pepper 250 g
Carrot 250 g
Beet 1 kg
Bitter pepper 1-2-3 ... pcs.
Garlic 40 g
Vegetable oil 40 g
Sugar 30 g
Salt 30 g
Vinegar 9% 20 g

Cooking method

  • I twisted the tomatoes and peppers in a meat grinder. Grated beets and carrots on a medium "carrot" grater. I mixed everything and cooked for about an hour on low heat without a lid. I added salt, sugar, vegetable oil, cooked for another half hour. I added crushed garlic and vinegar, boiled, rolled up, covered.
