Ingredients

chicken egg 1 PC.
sugar 1/2 tbsp.
wheat flour 3 tbsp. l.
cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
milk 2 tbsp.
butter 100 g
For decoration
coconut, chocolate, nuts to taste and desire

Cooking method

  • A cake for homemade tea from an old notebook, simple and tasty, undeservedly, in my opinion, forgotten.
  • Cooking the dough Grind an egg with sugar and softened margarine, add sour cream, then flour mixed with salt and soda. The dough should be cool enough, not stick to your hands, if necessary, add flour. Roll out balls the size of hazelnuts (I make them a little larger), bake at 200C until golden yellow - about 15-20 minutes, depending on your oven.
  • Cooking cream
  • Mix the egg with sugar, flour and cocoa. Bring the milk to a boil, gradually pour into the egg mixture, stirring vigorously, then boil until thickened. I do this in a microwave oven at full power, usually 3-4 times for 30 seconds is enough, I mix the mixture each time. Then the cream needs to be cooled a little (up to about 60-70C), add the chopped butter, mix well again until smooth.
  • We collect the cake
  • We take our baked nuts and gently mix them into the still warm cream, let stand at room temperature for an hour, put them on a plate in the form of a slide or such a large nut-bun, send them to the refrigerator for better fastening of the nuts, decorate to taste.
