Stuffed fish (gefilte fish) in the Moulinex Cook4Me CE7021 USB multicooker

Ingredients

minced fresh carp pulp 1 kg 300 g
egg 1
pink himalayan salt 2 tsp
sugar half h. l.
black pepper taste
breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. l.
chopped and sautéed onions and carrots 1 pc.

Cooking method

  • 1. In a combine chopper, add all the ingredients, and turn for a short time to fully connect.
  • 2. Take the pan out of the multicooker onto the work table (do not load it into the pan standing on the heating element to avoid flooding the heating element with water). At the bottom of the pan we put a "pillow" - the base (on which the cutlets will lie) in this order in layers:
  • - washed onion husks (to add color to the dish);
  • - sliced beets;
  • - the head of a carp (cut lengthwise to save space), a ridge with carp bones - this will give us a rich broth.
  • - onion cut into rings.
  • 3. Pre-cut carp skin into strips with kitchen scissors. Form a cutlet, wrapping it with a strip of skin, and lay on our base. Put a plate of carrots on top of the cutlet.
  • 4. Shift each layer with onion rings so that the cutlets do not stick together during cooking.
  • 5. When the cutlets are folded, pour water into a saucepan, about half to the top of the cutlets (on the stove, when cooked, pour water almost to the top of the cutlets and cook for a long time, but the water does not evaporate in the multit, but everything is cooked evenly), add to the water 1.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, black pepper to taste, I do not like bay leaves and do not add, but who likes - please.
  • 6. Return the pan to the multicooker. Cook on the "Jellied meat" program (located in the "Recipes" - "Main Dish" section). Program time 40 min.
  • 7. Put the finished cutlets on a deep dish and pour a little broth with yushka, which will then freeze in the refrigerator in such a kind of jellied "jellied meat".

How delicious and much easier to prepare than stuffing the whole skin. Well, it certainly is for me. I took it to bookmarks, because I liked the video very much.
Thank you! Just a wonderful recipe!

To your health !!! If possible, I like the video (y))))))

And if I don't know how to throw all sorts of things under the video? : cray: I'm a dumbass about technical stuff.

What are you! .. Mikhaska, never say such awful words to yourself !!! (and others too). I am sure that you have a lot of other, wonderful talents (besides some computer buttons). Therefore, we appreciate, love and respect ourselves!
Below the video at the bottom right, there is a YouTube button. When clicked, the video opens in the adjacent original window on YouTube. And there is already a thumb up button under the video itself. It's about her.
But. It's not obligatory. Optionally ... I'm still very grateful to you for the warm support of my first (!) Debut, so to speak)):
And if not the recipe itself, then I will be glad if anyway at least some separate step from it will benefit
(and smilies do not become ((

for supporting my debut, so to speak)):
And this is no accident. I grew up in Birobidzhan. So I almost have an innate weakness for everything that I was fed from the cradle.

rocher-li, Lydia, thank you very much for the recipe. Is it under pressure for 40 minutes on the jelly program? How is it in a pressure cooker? If so, how long should you cook in a conventional multicooker without pressure.

rocher-li, Lydia, thanks a lot for the recipe. Is it under pressure for 40 minutes on the jelly program? How is it in a pressure cooker? If so, how long should you cook in a conventional multicooker without pressure.

Gefilte fish is boiled on the stove for 1.5 hours, according to the principle of jellied meat - over low heat and without a lid. Since my model has, in addition to the pressure cooker, also the function slow cookers (differences from the previous Russian version without a USB flash drive), I think that the built-in program "Jellied" cooks on a slow cooker. The bones lying below in 40 minutes. boiled as needed, into the pulp (by giving the broth to the liquid).
I think nothing military will happen if you weld under pressure, but still, it is probably worth reducing the cooking time ... Honestly, I haven't tried it, but it's worth experimenting.
Just in a slow cooker (and I understand that this is not an accelerated cooking - like on the stove, but just in an electric pan) - probably should be cooked in the same way as on the stove - 1.5 hours. What do you think?

Attention! An important addition!
In the video, I pour water almost to the top of the cutlets (as they cook on the stove, and pour the cutlets so that they barely cover. But. For 1.5 hours on the stove, water boils, and usually it happens, it is even poured in ..) In my, this case - the specificity of the multicooker, that nothing boils out of it. And you can safely pour water up to half of the cutlets - all the same, everything will cook, and the liquid will be rich.
But my broth was frozen in the refrigerator well))

Lida, I was very interested in the cartoons, I subscribed to YouTube, I will wait for the recipes.

rocher-li, Lydia, in my cartoon there is a program of languor, on which I cook jellied meat. It's like on a stove over very low heat. Therefore, I think I will cook for 40 minutes as in the recipe.

So that's great! You will then look, if suddenly it turns out to be not enough - add a little more time (but I think it will be enough). Report back? ..

rocher-li, thanks, yes, of course. Only it won't be so fast.
