Angela, and collected and photographed in the very heat
It is a pity that it is not widespread among you. It grows without problems. Unusual and delicate aroma of her flowers, the best perfume rests

I made honey last year (there are a lot of recipes and the Internet), it is stored well for two years for sure (although we have a basement). We eat with pancakes, pancakes, cereals, especially with semolina. The aroma is really not incomparable here, I completely agree. Thanks for the recipe !!! I took it to the bookmarks and next year I will try to make syrup, since we have this good in bulk.

this stuff we have in bulk.
Tatiana Nikolaevna, good for you! And I have only one bush, though it is 5 meters high. Despite this, the output of blanks is small. I can't cut off all the flowers, I need to leave them for the berries, but not all flowers are tied to berries, many simply crumble after flowering.
This year I will plant two more varieties with beautiful leaves.

Black Elderberry Syrup

Black Elderberry Syrup

Made syrup again. Experience has shown that it has been stored well for a year. Unfortunately, this year the flowers (and hence the syrup) are not so fragrant due to the endless rains.

Gala, but I did not manage to do it, I dried only a few inflorescences, 😢 well, at least in chats
