Sourdough pancakes 100% moisture (no eggs)

Ingredients

Sourdough 100% moisture 150 gr.
Flour 400 gr.
Kefir 150 ml.
Milk 200-250 ml.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Get the sourdough (it creeps in the refrigerator) and feed it first. After the sourdough begins to decline (it took me about 9 hours), knead the dough from all the ingredients, adjust the dough with liquid until it becomes thick sour cream. Send the dough in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning we take out the dough and leave it on the table at room temperature for about 1 hour. Do not stir the dough, bake in a preheated greased frying pan (level the dough with a spoon). Turn over, after the appearance of a large number of bursting bubbles and good browning of the pancake on one side

  • After baking, put in a pile (I did not grease with anything)

The pancakes are delicious and porous. We ate with meat and onions. Perfect for use with sour cream, jam, etc. The absence of eggs does not affect the final result in any way. The taste is soft with a subtle, unobtrusive sourness.

I'm afraid it might over-acid. The pancakes are really wonderful, the main thing is to adjust the thickness of the dough, depending on your flour.

Of course, pancakes are also possible, I baked myself repeatedly, but due to the fact that it was planned to eat with meat, the choice fell on pancakes (somehow more familiar).
