Cooking method

  • Remove the pepper, cut off the tails, if you need a less spicy paste, then remove the seeds. Peel the garlic. Pass everything through a meat grinder.
  • Pour oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat up and pour in the pepper-garlic mass. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Punch through everything with a blender, add salt and sugar, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for another 10-15 minutes.

  • In the meantime, prepare the jars, wash them and sterilize them.
  • Pour the hot mixture into jars, roll up and wrap until it cools completely. Store in a cool place.
