Corn donuts with feta cheese and olives

Ingredients

Corn flour 90 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Milk 150 ml
Egg 1 PC.
Corn oil in dough 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Brynza 150 g
Pitted olives about 20 pcs.
Rust oil for deep fat

Cooking method

  • Prepare yeast dough from all ingredients, except feta cheese and olives. I make it in a safe way, kneading in a bread machine and microwaving in a very time-saving way: 10 seconds at maximum power, 10 minutes pause, and so twice or three times - until the dough doubles. From the risen dough we tear off a piece the size of a walnut, flatten it into a cake, in the center of which we put a teaspoon of cheese grated on a coarse grater and over an olive tree,
  • Corn donuts with feta cheese and olives
  • we fasten the edges of the cake, form a ball and fry it in hot deep fat until golden brown. Put the finished donuts on a paper towel to remove excess fat and serve.

The dish is designed for

12-16 pcs.

Well, Albina, there is a snack, but how do you feel about dry wine? Spilling?

How do you feel about dry wine?
I am great! Although the question was not for me ...
Larochka, another cool recipe! Is that why such simple and wonderful ideas don't come to my mind?
THANK YOU!!!

Jackdaw, Albina, although the first one, is silent, and I need drinking companions for these donuts, so I'm very glad to see you!

I drink everything. And tomorrow is our little son's birthday. He turns 14. Therefore, Larisa, missed your message
dopleta
Congratulations ! Son and parents - a lot of joy!
Albina
Larissa, Thank you. Tomorrow we'll take him to the dacha with his friends.
Helen

Larissa, I didn’t know that the dough can be defrosted in a micron, as I understand it, any yeast? Well I thought micra would kill yeast as a "microorganism". Nice recipe, bookmarked
dopleta
Yes, Luda, anyone. Here, look, I and the blackand white I bake bread.
Mandraik Ludmila
Larissa, I do not have convection, and without it, is proofing possible? Well i'm dark
dopleta
Convection is not needed for proofing in a micron, Luda!
Mandraik Ludmila
Larissa, Thank you! You are a true friend!

Larissa, I envy. But I just started to master my micra (otherwise it was standing instead of furniture) and she ordered me to live a long time. It's a pity I won't buy it anymore. Now such fancy ones do not sell
dopleta
Oh, what a pity! And really not to fix it?
Albina
Larissa, she is over 20 years old. I looked on sale tiny (compared to mine) micros.
