Ingredients

Wheat sourdough 100% hydration 120 g
Wheat flour 240 g
Warm water 190-240 ml.
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Bread, which is prepared without much hassle ... mixed, put in a mold, put in the refrigerator overnight, took it out in the morning, put it in a cold oven, turned on the oven and baked bread. You do not need to knead, do not reheat anything, but the bread is delicious.
  • Sift flour. add all other ingredients, stir,
  • put, in a greased or other fat, form, close on top with cling film greased with vegetable oil
  • (I used a glass microwave pan with a lid), put in the refrigerator overnight. The dough is sticky, even watery.
  • In the morning, take it out, let it warm up a little at room temperature - you will see when the dough rises and comes to life, remove the film, put it in a cold oven, turn on the oven at 200 * C, oven with steam for 10-15 minutes, then remove the steam generator. It took me 38 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
  • The loaf turned out to be very light and sonorous))) Weight 508 g.
  • As a filler, for me, only sesame went. I took a minimum of water - 190 ml., Salt less than a teaspoon.
