Kefir pie Pyshka

Ingredients

For the test:
Kefir 250 ml.
Egg 1 PC.
Butter 100g.
Sugar 1/3 tbsp. (70-80 gr.)
Wheat flour 470-480 grams.
Baking powder 15 grams.
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet (8 grams)
For filling:
Any jam / jam (I have raspberry) 4-5 st. l.
Egg for greasing the cake 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • So let's get started ...
  • Let's make the dough.
  • *** Kefir, butter and egg must be from the refrigerator!
  • Mix flour with baking powder (by the way, you can use soda, somewhere 2/3 tsp), sift.
  • Add sugar, butter, rub everything well with your hands.
