Semolina Porridge Yummy

Ingredients

Porridge
Milk 1 tbsp.
water 1 tbsp.
semolina 1/2 tbsp.
salt 1/4 tsp
sugar 1-2 tbsp. l.
butter 2 tbsp. l.
Fruit supplement
apple (small) 3 pcs.
orange 1/2 pcs.
apricot 5 pieces.
butter 2 tbsp. l.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Additionally
semolina (for sprinkling the mold) 1 tbsp. l.
sugar (for sprinkling porridge) 1-2 tbsp. l.
butter (vegetable) for mold lubrication

Cooking method

  • Mix milk with water, bring to a boil, add salt and sugar, semolina, cook thick semolina without lumps (about 3-5 minutes), add butter, mix well
  • We clean the fruits of seeds and seeds, cut them into thin slices (you can use any to your liking). Dissolve butter and sugar in a frying pan, add apples first, then apricots and an orange in this sauce.
  • Grease the baking dish with oil, sprinkle with semolina and spread half of the semolina, then lay out the fruit in an even layer (without sauce), the remaining porridge on top. Sprinkle the porridge with sugar and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 C, for baking until golden brown (I get 25-30 minutes). Serve the porridge hot or cold, pouring over the sauce left over from the fruit.
