Sour cream truffle cake

Ingredients

Cakes:
egg 1 PC.
sugar 1 tbsp.
sour cream 1 tbsp.
soda 1/2 tsp
vinegar 9% for soda quenching
cocoa powder 100 g
wheat flour 1.5 tbsp.
Cream:
butter 200 gr.
cocoa powder 80-100 gr.
condensed milk 1/2 - 1 tbsp.
Impregnation:
condensed milk 3 tbsp. l.
boiled water 1-2 tbsp. l.
cognac, rum 1 tbsp. l.
Glaze:
sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
butter 1 tbsp. l.
Additionally:
mold oil
nuts, waffles, chocolate for decoration

Cooking method

  • Cakes:
  • Grind the egg with sugar, add sour cream, flour, soda and cocoa slaked with vinegar, mix everything well and put in a greased and floured form. Bake preheated to 150-170aboutFrom 35-40 min.
  • Cut the finished cooled cake into 2-3 cakes, soak and grease each one with cream. We literally leave 3 tbsp on the top cake and sides. l. cream, the rest is distributed on the 2 bottom cakes.
  • Impregnation:
  • Mix condensed milk with boiled water and alcohol (if desired and available).
  • Cream:
  • Whisk the softened butter with condensed milk and cocoa.
  • Let the cake soak for an hour on the table, then send it to the refrigerator for cooling for 2-3 hours, then cover the top of the cake with icing.
  • Glaze:
  • Heat cocoa, sour cream, sugar and butter, mix well and pour over the top of the cake.
  • We decorate at our discretion and send the cake to stand, preferably overnight.
