Garlic arrow paste (for freezing)

Ingredients

young garlic arrows 350 gr.
salt 1 tsp
vegetable oil (olive) 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The arrows collected from the garlic should be washed well and the hard part removed (it can be twisted in a meat grinder and dried).
  • Then you need to put the soft parts of the arrows on a paper towel to remove excess moisture and cut into small pieces. Put the garlic arrows in the blender bowl, add salt, vegetable oil and beat everything. We use the resulting paste for cooking in various dishes, store it in a tightly closed container in the freezer.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

This pasta is wonderful as a seasoning for meat or fish, it is good to add it to stewed vegetables, hot sauce or twisted bacon.
