Cottage cheese dessert with cocoa

Ingredients

fat-free cottage cheese 300 gr.
milk 1.5-1.8% 100 ml.
cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
honey (sugar) taste
instant gelatin 20 gr.
hot water (60-70C) 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Dilute gelatin in water, filter.
  • We punch the milk with cottage cheese with a blender, add sugar (4-5 tbsp. L.) Or honey (3-4 tbsp. L., But personally I don’t really like honey), mix well, add the gelatin solution, mix again, 2 / Separate 3 masses and add to the rest of the cocoa. First, pour 1/2 part of the white mass into a glass or molds, cool, carefully pour a part with cocoa, then cool it again and fill it with the remaining white mass. We send it to the refrigerator until it is completely cooled and ..

we have this one sold from Mazelit in bags of 50 grams, ordinary gelatin, you just don't need to soak it, but just dissolve it in hot water. In principle, any gelatin goes here.
