Mackerel baked in onion yoghurt sauce

Ingredients

fresh frozen mackerel 2 pcs.
bulb onions 150 gr.
natural yogurt (sour cream) 150 gr.
medium-sized lemon 1/2 part
salt, favorite spices taste
greens for serving optional

Cooking method

  • The sweltering heat and the need to fully feed the child are two almost incompatible, but possible things. One of the favorite and easy dishes at such a time can be mackerel prepared according to this recipe.
  • We cut the fish into fillets, carefully gutting and removing all the bones. Peel the onion and grate three. Salt the yogurt to taste, add spices, grated onion and juice squeezed from half a lemon. We fill our fillet with this mass and send it to the refrigerator for an hour, or more, on demand.
  • When needed, preheat the oven to 180C, put the fish together with the sauce in a tin covered with foil and bake for about 30 minutes, until the fillet is slightly pinkish (or golden).
  • It is best to serve in this heat with vegetables; at the same time, young boiled potatoes, sprinkled with herbs and sprinkled with butter, are perfect.
  • Not only the child will be fed and satisfied, but the whole family, bon appetit!
  • It goes very well with vegetables according to this recipe

young boiled potatoes, sprinkled with herbs and sprinkled with butter are perfect.
And the photo is clearly not boiled potatoes. Admit it, how was such a beautiful one cooked?
I understood how to cook mackerel, I saved the recipe.

Irina, Irochka, for sure, in the photo is not boiled, it was boiled yesterday. She cooked potatoes for me very simply, first boiled them in a cartoon, then in it, on the "baking" program in butter on each side for 15 minutes, fried

V-tina, such a beautiful crust turned out on the potato. And the fish is very beautiful, in color, as if from salmon.
You have a very tempting recipe, and you just want to cook it.
V-tina
iritka, so what did the matter stand for? there would be a fish, but potatoes, but cooking is quick and not difficult at all and the taste is breathtaking

Natalia, I am very glad that the fish came to taste

V-tina, an interesting recipe, I take it for permanent. I didn't quite comply with the conditions: I marinated for only 30 minutes, baked in a slow cooker, but it was very tasty.

Is the other fish good? And then with mackerel in the "country of tension" ...
Elya_lug
gawala, I'm not special, but it seems to me that fillet of any sea fish will do.
