Ingredients

sour cream 27% 200gr
yolk 6 pcs
soft cheese 9% 300 g

Cooking method

  • 1. prepare the bottom for the cake. Grind the cookies into small crumbs and mix with melted butter.

  • 7. Mix sour cream and soft cheese with a hand whisk (assistant).
  • 8.Whip the cream with a hand mixer until soft peaks.
  • 9.mix the yolk mass with the cheese-sour cream and then add the cream.
  • We begin to mix the masses in a clean bowl, do not scrape the mixer bowl! Otherwise, we risk getting lumps of yolk or sugar in the mousse.
  • 10. Now can be poured into molds or into one large one with a diameter of 28 cm.
  • We take the form out of the freezer, line it with transparent tape and fill in the mousse.
  • 11. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and fill with glaze. For her, bring the fruit puree with sugar to a boil and add the soaked gelatin.
  • 12. We put in the freezer overnight.
  • Remove gently from the mold and serve.
