Cottage cheese and banana casserole

Ingredients

Bananas 2 pcs.
cottage cheese 200 gr.
sugar 100 g
salt chips.
wheat flour 2-3 st. l.
chicken egg 2 pcs.
sour cream 100 g

Cooking method

  • Puree bananas and cottage cheese with a blender. Add sugar, beat, then salt and flour, beat again, then add eggs, beat and then sour cream and beat again. Pour into a mold and put in an oven preheated to 150C for about 1 hour. Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator overnight (you can eat it right away).
