Faced a problem - the bread maker began to turn off in the middle of the baking cycle, while the LCD goes out.
After a while - a squeak and the LCD turns on.
Then it stopped turning on completely.

The call showed a dead thermal fuse that had been replaced.
At the same time, the connectors of thermal fuses and a thermistor (a thermistor with a negative temperature coefficient of resistance, in which resistance decreases with increasing temperature) were crimped.
All 220V circuits were also soldered for insurance.

The stove worked as it should.

For reference:

There are three thermoelements in the HP - two thermal fuses and one thermistor, which are attached to the plate on which the heating element is sealed.

They are pressed against this plate with a bar using a self-tapping screw.

The devices themselves are located inside colored heat-resistant tubes, and the thermistor is also hidden in a silicone tube.
The photo shows the clamps I mentioned.

Soldering the terminals of the thermistor is highly discouraged due to its high sensitivity to temperature.

HP uses SEFUSE SF thermal fuses, SF169E version 250 volts, 10 amperes, 172 degrees.

I made a resistance-temperature graph for him

To the question about the temperature in the Moulinex OW5002 bread maker

thermistor check:

at 25C - resistance 100 kOhm, at 36C (in fingers through a silicone tube) - resistance about 68 kOhm.

Care should be taken when bending the instrument leads to avoid splitting the insulation.

The operating temperature will be affected by the degree of pressing the thermistor (through the insulation) to the bar, since the main heat is supplied to it due to heat transfer.

In principle, you can change the heating temperature with resistors in the thermistor circuit, but this must be done carefully and with understanding.

Good luck!
