Ingredients

Cottage cheese (9% fat) 90 g (half a pack)
Eggs 1 PC
Semolina 1 tbsp. the spoon
Milk 2 tbsp. spoons
Lightly salted trout 1 piece, sliced
Spices for fish taste
Dried rosemary taste
Leek (chopped) A handful

Cooking method

  • I wasn't going to cook a casserole today, but an order came in (I couldn't disobey, hee-hee-hee).
  • The composition of the products is indicated for one cell of the device.
  • Half a pack of 9% fat cottage cheese (about 90 g, did not weigh), 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of semolina, 2 tablespoons of milk, spices for fish from KOTANYI, rosemary placed in a blender bowl with a knife and whipped.
  • In the curd mixture I put a handful of chopped leeks, a piece of lightly salted trout cut into cubes. Mix it thoroughly.
  • She warmed up the omelette, greased it with ghee (the lower part is abundant, the upper part a little). Spread the mixture into the omelette with a spoon (up to max).
  • I cooked for 12 minutes. You can cook for less time (about 10 minutes), but I wanted the casserole to brown on top.
  • The casserole turned out to be very fluffy.
  • Serve with fresh cucumber and tartar sauce.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

If you put food in a HEATED appliance lubricated with HEATED OIL, then there will be no problems with burning and sticking. The casserole can be removed very easily with a silicone spatula.
