Crispy sweet potato chips

Ingredients

Sweet potato (sweet potato) 1 PC.
Rust oil 1 tbsp. l.

Sauce:
Natural yoghurt 100 ml
Lime juice 15 ml
Chopped dill. 1 branch
Chop the garlic. 1 tooth
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the sweet potatoes, peel and cut into a spiral using any of the spiral vegetable cutters. I tested my new electric spiral cutter:
