Breams under an onion-carrot coat

Ingredients

Big bream 2 pieces
bulb onions 3-4 medium sized heads
carrot 2-3 pieces of medium size
salt taste
lemon juice or vinegar Little
mayonnaise a couple of tablespoons
vegetable oil for frying vegetables a couple of tablespoons

Cooking method

  • For fish lovers, two delicious oven-baked bream. Prepare fish carcasses - clean, wash, get rid of heads and tails, so as not to take up space. Peel the onions and carrots, cut the onions into quarters of rings, carrots on a coarse grater, fry everything together in vegetable oil until the onions are transparent. Add a little salt to the fried mixture of onions and carrots or add your favorite seasoning, as a rule, seasonings with salt, carefully - do not oversalt, otherwise the original sweetish taste of vegetables will disappear. There should be a lot of vegetables. I get a little more than half of a regular frying pan. We give the ready-fried vegetables time to cool and add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise to them, mix and divide the mass into 4 parts right in the pan. We lay out the bream with a "jack" on a baking sheet, sprinkle it with lemon juice on top and inside, when there is no lemon, I make slightly acidified vinegar water and use it instead of lemon juice. Put one part of the vegetables into the inside of the carcasses, distribute the remaining 2 parts of vegetables evenly over the fish and ... in the oven until tender. Since everyone's ovens are different, so I don't write either the time or the temperature, each housewife will figure out her own oven and understand in time that the fish is ready.

The dish is designed for

Enough for everyone

Time for preparing:

I consider this a fast dish if you prepare the fish in advance.

Cooking program:

Frying vegetables in a pan. Baking fish in the oven.

Note

It is possible to cook in the airfryer, in the airfryer, but I don't have it and I always do it in the oven. I don’t do it in Gourmet, because the fish is thick, I don’t want to press it with a lid.
