Ingredients

wheat flour 200gr
whole grain flour 100gr
oat bran 2st l
milk + water 200ml
butter 15gr
vegetable oil (I have mustard oil) 1st l
sugar 1st l
salt 1h l
pressed yeast 8-10gr

Cooking method

  • In the bowl of the Kenwood combine, put the yeast, sprinkle it with sugar and leave it for a few minutes. Then, I added lukewarm milk in half with water, flour, butter, salt and kneaded the dough. At the end of the batch, I added bran. I left the dough to rest for 40 minutes, then turned on the kneading again for 10 minutes, after which I collected the dough in a ball and put it in a greased multicooker bowl.
  • I turned on the yogurt program for 20 minutes, then turned off the program and left the dough to come up for another 35-40 minutes. (my yeast is not very fresh, it may take less time)
  • She baked pastries on the program for 35 minutes, turned the loaf over and baked for another 20 minutes.
