Although, I remember, once in Evpatoria (maybe someone remembers - there was a restaurant of Ukrainian cuisine on Frunze) they received a compliment with the order - a small bowl of rolled bacon. The child ate quickly, but the memories of dumplings with meat were stronger)).

In general, until recently I did not know that it is so delicious! No, SO TASTY! Who's to blame? Lazerson is to blame! Accidentally on Food I came across some kind of program, where he mentioned about rolled bacon, with garlic and dill. Since the show was about something else, there was no detailed story. I had to google it. I didn't even know if it was raw or salted. It turned out that you can do anything. In our summer cottage shop, farm lard is now being sold, already salted. Not gorgeous, but 4-5 cm in the Leningrad region is already FAT)))
I bought 500 g for a sample. I cut off the skin, really. A bunch of dill and 8 cloves of white tea. I twisted everything, put it in an oil can, kept it in the refrigerator. I liked it very much, mine too. So much so that 500 g went away in 2.5 days !! I personally ate only 2 sandwiches))
In general, I bought a kilogram of bacon today)
But there is no dill. Here is my dacha))) nothing). Tomorrow we will go to Izhora, buy dill, twist it. Part - into the oil can, part - into the freezer with sausage.
Honestly - I didn't even know that rolled bacon is so tasty!)

I also spin without dill. I add the same as with the usual salting: mint, curry, garlic, black pepper, salt. I stir it. In a container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days, then I roll it into sausages and into the freezer. DELICIOUS!
