Grilled eggplant and apple salad (Steba 4.4 electric grill)

Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Tumanchik (Irina) inspired me to prepare this salad, she gave me the idea of ​​using apples, for which she thanks a lot.
  • The proportions of ingredients can be any, but eggplant should dominate in this salad.
  • As a spice I took Santa Maria Lime and Pepper (sea salt, black pepper, onion, paprika, coriander leaves, lemon zest, turmeric, lime juice concentrate, lemon sorghum extract).
  • On heated and oiled grill plates (temperature mode 4), I spread eggplant circles, apple slices (without skin), leeks. I fried it on a closed grill until the product was ready (the eggplants are soft and ruddy, the apples are ruddy, but not very soft), first on mode 4, then switched the grill to mode 3. First, I removed the apples from the grill plates, then the leeks, fried the eggplant for the longest ...
  • I disassembled the leeks into rings, cut the apples into cubes, the eggplant circles into quarters.
  • I prepared salad dressing in a blender: Almette curd cheese, natural yogurt (I took White Yogurt from Prostokvashino), spices.
  • I combined the salad with the dressing, sprinkled with sesame seeds, and put chopped cherry tomatoes on top.

I fried everything in circles, but without onions ...I have: eggplant, apples, bell pepper in slices and bright yellow zucchini ~ in circles, then put it in a salad bowl. Dressing: olive oil + a little Balsamic + pepper + salt. All. The husband does not accept ANY other spices. Oh, I forgot! I usually fry tomatoes in circles, but today I just cut a large pink tomato into small cubes and sprinkled them on the salad.
It was divine! Zucchini were especially tasty, by the way, and apples too ...
