Rhubarb and Nuts Pie

Ingredients

Butter / margarine / odorless vegetable oil 180 g
Sour cream 150 g
Sugar in dough 200 g
Egg 1-2 pcs.
Flour 320-350 g
Baking powder 1 tsp with a slide
Vanillin
Semolina 20 g (2 tbsp. L)
Sugar in the filling 200 g
Rhubarb 500-750 g
Nuts more

Cooking method

  • Add sour cream, sugar, egg (if small - two), flour mixed with baking powder into soft butter / margarine or vegetable oil, knead the dough quickly and without thoroughness.
  • Cover the large form, grease the "cover" (if the form requires it), lay out half of the dough and smear, trying to create a side. Spread semolina evenly over the dough - it will absorb and hold the juice. Put rhubarb, peeled and cut into small pieces, pour nuts on top. Spread the second half of the dough on top, grease with an egg, send to the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 * C. Remove carefully, it is better to completely cool.

I didn’t chop the nuts, as they were pricked, so they went into the pie, large.

750 g of rhubarb is a lot. But deliciously incredible! True, my husband got heartburn from greed: there is a lot of rhubarb in the pie, this vegetable is sour, plus the pie was eaten right away warm ... And the rest - even if only henna !!
