Grilled chicken thighs (Steba 4.4 electric grill)

Ingredients

Chicken thighs 3 pcs
TERIYAKI marinade sauce taste
Seasonings (see below) taste
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

Making any grilled dish is very simple in terms of cooking technology. The result will most of all depend on the used marinade. I suggest a chicken marinade - the result of my experiments. I liked the chicken cooked in this marinade the most.

Be sure to remove the skin from chicken thighs. I also did it in leather, but it turned out worse. Obviously, the skin prevents the marinade from penetrating to the meat, so the chicken is not so juicy and tender.
Seasoning "GRILL Juicy chicken", seasoning "For chicken", seasoning "BBQ Classic seasoning for grilling and kebabs", seasoning "Barbecue on charcoal". All of the above spices of the "KOTANYI" company, I like them the most (but this is a matter of taste). As I already said, I have tried many options for various seasonings, but I settled on these. We mix all the seasonings in a bowl, take them with a generous hand, otherwise the chicken will not soak inside. Add "TERIYAKI" marinade sauce, vegetable oil.
Place the chicken thighs in the marinade and leave for at least three hours. You can marinate the chicken longer, but less is not worth it.
While the grill is warming up (at the maximum temperature corresponding to the 5 mark), carefully wipe the chicken thighs with a paper towel (then there will be less problems with sticking to the grill plates).
Place the thighs in the grill, close the lid. Fry for about 1 minute at the maximum temperature. Then we translate the degree of heating to 4 and fry for about 5 minutes. We translate the degree of heating to 3 and fry for about 5-6 minutes more.
The cooking time may differ from the one I suggested, as the pieces of meat may vary in size and weight. At the end of cooking, it is best to check the temperature of the pieces with a temperature probe, then you can be sure that the meat is completely cooked. Bon Appetit!

Note

The marinade proposed by me is not a standard))) I will be glad to learn new recipes for marinades))) I myself will continue to work in this direction)))
