Zucchini with meat and mozzarella

Ingredients

any minced meat (I have it with chicken fillet) 150 grams
mozzarella (I have homemade) 120-150 grams
green onions
dill
mint leaf 1-2 pieces
garlic 1 clove
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
sour cream 1-2 tbsp. spoons
young small squash 500 grams (2 pieces)

Cooking method

  • Wash the zucchini, if there is a damaged skin, then peel.
  • Cut coarsely (3-4 cm) obliquely.
  • Zucchini with meat and mozzarella Twist the chicken fillet with the garlic.
  • Add finely chopped greens (dill and mint) and green onions.
  • Chop half of the mozzarella finely or break.
  • Add to minced meat.
  • Season with salt, pepper and add sour cream.
  • Salt the zucchini pieces from all sides.
  • Grease a baking sheet with oil.

  • Put in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees.
