No-bake cake with cottage cheese and condensed milk

Ingredients

shortbread cookies (you can use regular, in packs) 300 gr.
butter 200 gr.
cottage cheese 300 gr.
drinking cream 100 ml.
instant gelatin 1.5 tbsp. l.
Condensed milk boiled 1 b.

Cooking method

  • Grind the cookies with a blender, mix it well with melted butter. We cover the detachable form with cling film, trying not to wrinkle and carefully distribute the mass from the cookies, squeezing it with our hands so that we get the sides. We send it to the refrigerator.
  • Grind cottage cheese in a blender until smooth and beat it with condensed milk.
  • Soak the gelatin in cream and cook it according to the instructions on the package, then add it to the curd-condensed mass.
  • We spread a mass of condensed milk, cottage cheese and cream on the base of cookies and send it to the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours, or better overnight, then carefully remove the sides of the form, cut it in portions with a hot knife and enjoy.

Delicious, however.
I spread the biscuit roll with cottage cheese with condensed milk. Really like.
And then there's no need to bake.

it is very convenient when it’s hot, and I also introduced my son to cooking - he grinded cookies and blended the cottage cheese, I had very little effort to make
