"Radish Fantasy" (electric oven)

Category: Vegetable and fruit dishes
Radish fantasy (electric oven)

Ingredients

Radish (large) 5 pieces
Pepper (small) 1 PC
Carrot (small) 1 PC
Bulb (small) 1 PC
Canned corn 3 tbsp. spoons
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Hmeli-suneli taste
Ketchup 2 tsp
Sour cream 1 tbsp. the spoon
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

  • The idea of preparing this dish was born after reading the recipe "Radish baked with green peas" suggested by Larisa (dopleta). I've never cooked radishes, so I wanted to try stewing it. The choice of the rest of the ingredients was determined solely by the presence of these particular products in the refrigerator. So it's pure "Radish Fantasy".
  • Wash the vegetables. Cut the radish, pepper and onion into cubes, grate the carrots. Place the vegetables in an earthenware saucepan with a lid (I used a small saucepan made by the Italian company De silva). Salt and pepper the vegetable mixture, add suneli hops, ketchup, sour cream, mayonnaise. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
  • We put the saucepan in a cold oven, set the temperature to 200 degrees, set the timer for 1 hour.
  • The vegetables are slightly crispy, so lovers of soft vegetable dishes can increase the cooking time.

The dish is designed for

1 serving

Time for preparing:

1 hour

Cooking program:

200 degrees in the oven

Note

The taste of the dish was somewhat unusual for me (because of the radish, of course), but I liked it. You will need to experiment with spices. Perhaps add some more vegetables. You can try replacing sour cream with mayonnaise with vegetable oil. I will put more radish next time, let it dominate this dish.
I take this recipe as a basis, I will improve it.

By the way, about the dishes. I have a lot of pottery, but most of all I like to cook with De silva products. Maybe I'm inventing, of course, but it seems to me that in these pots, pots and pans, the food turns out to be tastier)))

Many thanks to Larisa for the idea!

I once cooked a liver in a cucumber sauce. True, the prescription cucumbers required large, overgrown, yellow ones. It turned out delicious too. I like it

Sometimes you have to do something unusual. So, once I made a chicken with pickled cucumbers, just like that, out of pampering. And now I make this dish all the time (with various variations).

mirtatvik, great recipe, thanks! In Central Asia, some dishes cannot be imagined without Margelan green radish - lagman, for example. Radish is a relative of radish, so everything is logical, and, most importantly, delicious!

Radish should not be stewed, but fried, well, or baked, but so that it does not float in the liquid.
Try it, so it turns out much more interesting.
