I would have cutlets, but I have super-finicky, which serve fried from the pan. I would also cook almost everything in the oven.

Right now you will laugh out loud Draniki with meat from Tina (for cabbage from Tina) prepared. And yesterday I bought the most beautiful mackerel. And I went to rummage through the bookmarks in search of something "such". I was hooked on the sonorous name of Ramsay (daughter is a fan of his cooking shows). I open - whose recipe is this? - that's right - Tina Tina is already a family chef
In general, the potato pancakes remained for dinner, and in the heat of the afternoon fish went from two chefs - Ramzi and Tina

Divine fish, I dare to report! Oregano and garlic do not kill the specific taste of mackerel, only emphasize it. The fish turned out to be soft, but without losing its shape and structure.
I take it, I will cook, and more than once. Next time I'll try to replace the bourgeois oregano with our native mint. I will write the result
Zhannptica
Irina, don't forget about dessert !! Poppy seed cake from V-tina, highly recommend

I completely agree with you, now I often cook it both in the oven and on the grill

and I love this very bourgeois oregano so much that I just shove it everywhere, in combination with basil
