Curd cakes with corn flour

Ingredients

cottage cheese 170 g
sugar 120 g
egg white 2 pcs.
butter 50 gr.
kefir 5 tbsp. l.
wheat flour 40 gr.
baking powder 5 gr.
corn flour 150 gr.
salt pinch
vanillin on the tip of a knife
vegetable oil (margarine) for mold lubrication
raisins, other fillers to taste and desire

Cooking method

  • When you want cottage cheese baked goods, and in the fridge, "the leftovers are sweet" will help out such a recipe.
  • Beat cottage cheese with sugar and proteins, add softened butter, kefir, salt, flour mixed with baking powder and vanillin. Mix thoroughly and put in 2/3 oiled tins. We bake in the oven at 170C for 20-30 minutes, depending on your oven.

Delicious, airy, by the way, I didn't expect them to be so airy, maybe this is due to the fact that kefir, in the absence of it, was replaced with sour cream, and the sour cream was already sour. I think next time it will be made with pure corn flour and, according to tradition, add raisins.
