Italian style muffins

Ingredients

Wheat flour 230 g
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 2 pcs.
Cottage cheese 120 g
Sour cream
(ml - I emphasize!)
160 ml
Baking powder 2 tsp
Sun-dried tomatoes in oil 100 g
Sun-dried tomato oil 70 ml
Garlic 2 cloves
Dried basil 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 150 g

Cooking method

  • Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs and vegetable oil, add basil.
  • Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces, the mozzarella into cubes. Do not grate! Necessarily cubes, which will be melted drops in warm muffins and stretch like threads. Combine liquid ingredients and flour with baking powder and salt. Add minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese. Stir, put in molds.

12-14 pieces.

bake at 180 degrees

Note

Scented snack muffins. It is imperative to use paper molds, they remain badly from them, so whether they will pop out of the silicone - I don't even know, I haven't tried it.
