A.lenka, yes, it's easy, everything is the same, you don't even need vinegar - tomato juice is also a preservative, especially if from your own tomatoes, just spread hot in sterilized jars, and twist right away. Well, I would reduce the sugar, or rather, I would not put it in the roll at all. I did this, also with zucchini, only everything was cut, not stuffed, we call it homemade lecho, the last jar is still stored in the underground - very tasty.

I would just add a spoonful of apple cider vinegar. Although tomato is a real preservative.
